At the Baycliff Clinic, we are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for our patients.
All patients are entitled to have a chaperone for any consultation, examination or procedure where they may feel one is required. This chaperone may be a family member or a friend.
There may be occasions when you would prefer to have a professional chaperone present. If you would like a professional chaperone during your appointment, please advise our front of house team when booking or ask your clinician or practitioner when you see them.
Your healthcare professional may also require a chaperone to be present for certain consultations as part of our chaperone policy.
